You care about everyone else and how they feel even more than your own struggles.

This was me in my relationships.

And I’m guessing:

  • You feel like you’re NOT doing enough to make the relationship work and every fight you have with your partner feels like it’s your fault.

  • You can’t remember a time when you weren’t constantly worrying if your relationship was about to end

In our work together:

  • First, we’ll examine the negative patterns

happening in your relationships that are causing you to feel so insecure in your marriage.

  • Then, we’ll work towards helping you cultivate compassion

and find comfort within yourself or from a partner that will be most effective for you.

  • So you'll finally be equipped to

speak to your partner from a secure place of love, shut down any people-pleasing behaviors, and feel confident to thrive in your relationship.

I’m dedicated to helping people-pleasers tame their jealousy and insecurity so they can love with ease.

My training in couples therapy and consensual non-monogamy means I have the expertise you need and deserve when healing your relationships. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be a people-pleasing millennial struggling with jealousy and insecurity, right?

I know you probably think that you’re 🎵bad at love🎵 like the popular Halsey song. I get it because I’ve lived it myself and I know the other side of this heartache is so worth the effort.

When we work together, you’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.

So how’d I get here you ask?

Several years ago I noticed a pattern working with non-monogamous millennials: they sacrificed their needs for their partners’, then felt lonely, insecure, and went into a jealousy spiral.

When I noticed this in my OWN relationship, even as a jealousy expert, I couldn’t take it anymore and had to find a better way out of this insecure hot-mess-express. That led me to create the Jealousy to Joy Journey for my clients.

After I cracked the code, myself and my clients were able to use the information learned in our work together to have calm conversations met with reassurance.

You can stop feeling like the problem in your relationship and start loving again

A lil bit more about me

  • The perfect weekend starts with....

hammocking in a local park and ends with watching Chef’s Table while destroying some truffle mac & cheese.

  • If you were to scroll through my Netflix...

you'd find an embarrassing amount of reality trash tv suggested. But also plenty of food and travel shows recommended.

  • My Spotify playlist is an endless rotation of

emo hits from the mid 2000s. (Don’t tell anyone, but I regularly try to Karaoke Hawthorne Heights and Avril Lavigne)

  • If I hadn’t been a therapist,

I would have been a full-time travel and food blogger while riding dirtbikes and producing music with a lil bit of data entry on the side.
